A small team building practical AI tools for a market the big players ignore.
ZerousNet started with a simple problem. Many homes in our neighborhood needed fast, reliable internet, but big-provider pricing felt heavy. So we built our own small WiFi network — managed directly, priced fairly for the community.
Running that network taught us something: the hardest part isn't the hardware, it's customer service. Orders arrive at midnight. People ask for vouchers in shorthand and local slang. Payments are cash or e-wallet, with no automatic confirmation. The owner becomes a 24-hour help desk.
So we built an assistant to take that load — one that understands real, messy messages, provisions vouchers on the router automatically, and only hands control back to the owner for the one thing that matters: confirming payment.
We run it on our own network every day. Now we're opening it up to other small WiFi operators who face the same problem.
Clear pricing, no hidden fees, and no overpromising. We say what the system does — and doesn't — do.
CGNAT, cash payments, slang, unreliable links — we design for the conditions operators actually face.
Every feature ships because our own network needs it. We're customers of our own product.
Small team, fast iteration, real customers on day one.
Claude handles the language. Everything critical — orders, provisioning, money — stays deterministic.
We serve small WiFi operators specifically. That focus is why the system works where generic tools don't.
Real feedback from real customers shapes the roadmap, not guesswork.
We're at the start. Early partners get direct access to the team and a real say in what we build.
Whether you're an operator or a partner, we'd love to hear from you.
